    Which of these might I do as almost a beginner. I have one knee replaced, almost a year ago, and the other is starting to give me trouble. Also, I’m really needing to get stronger muscle-wise. My 3 year old grandson is stronger than I am!!

    I asked which challenge is best for losing weight, toning up arms and legs, and building muscle. My response was that it was a good question and they would check. I haven’t heard back

      All of our workouts are a combinations of upper and lower body functional workers. The 60 day challenge will provide the best results because you will be doing the program the longest.

      Here’s what the experts had to say about your question:

      Great to have you. We have so many great workouts that I know you will find what you love. Tight hamstrings are super common, especially when you jump into working out at a different level than you are used to. Take days off when you first start and then be sure to do solid stretching or yoga as part of your regular plan.
