      Thank you for contacting us.

      Great to hear from you. I hope your recovery is going well.
      Every doctor is going to recommend different things depending on the surgery, the person and the way recovery is goingl
      We cannot give specific advise so make sure you are listening to your doctor and/or physical therapist

      That being said, I would definitey stay stick to low impact activities. We have several calendars that can provide a month-long workout plan based on a low-impact workout. Sometimes, however, even other things will need to be modified so if you find there is an exercise that doesn’t seem to work with your recovery – modify!
