Video Download: GOLD Workout: Medicine Ball Bootcamp 2
Lindsey Bomgren will lead this 30-minute total body workout using your bodyweight and a medicine ball. She will alternate strength and stability-focused medicine ball exercises with cardio exercises for an interval bootcamp workout. We’ll start on the lower body, move to the upper body, then go for a total body blast with a little bonus core work at the end. You’ll perform each exercise for 30 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest before we move onto the next exercise; again super-setting strength and cardio moves. We will strengthen and shred in this 30-Minute Medicine Ball Bootcamp Workout! Depending on your level, we recommend a 4, 6, 8, or 10 lb. medicine ball. If you don’t have a medicine ball, you can substitute with a dumbbell or kids sports ball too!
