Jennifer will also lead you through upper body moves in this dance workout video that will incorporate your arms in fun dance steps and help create a strong, sleek stomach with controlled ab movements. You’ll also perform “plié and lengthen” exercises that will build length and strength in the legs, creating that long and lean dancer’s body we all covet.
