Welcome to our Beginner Program 2.0 Workout Plan. If you enjoyed the first beginner’s program, we have for you a second calendar to continue on your beginner’s program journey! This beginner’s 2.0 program will include more variety in your workouts, includes more functional strength workouts to help you start your strength journey, with good core workouts and of course stretching and yoga to recover and refuel the body.
As always, allow yourself to be a beginner, listen to your body. And take an extra day of rest whenever you need it. Be proud of any progress you make, and realize that you are doing something good for your body!
The hardest part is getting started and we are so proud of your for taking the first steps in your health and fitness journey. Our trainers are so proud of you for taking your health into your own hands. Join our Get Healthy U TV trainers as they motivate you through every workout and provide options and modifications when needed! This beginner workout routine 2.0 will give you the step-by-step guidance and motivation you need to continue to reach your health and fitness goals.
