Circuit training is when you string a group of movements together

These workouts are intense, but we will have one trainer showing modifi cations and staying low impact so anyone can follow along. While it is great to train with these types of workouts, we also want you to remember that it’s good to take a day or two off each week for your body to recover and repair.
