The program starts off with our Upper Body Lift workout to strengthen your shoulders, arms, chest and back. Lower Body Lift comes later to tone and shape your glutes and legs. The calendar leads you to whole variety of workouts including Low Impact AMRAPs (as many rounds as possible) and Yoga Pilates Fusion.
There is also a regular dose of cardio in the mix and the best part is you get to choose! Do you love dance? Then choose Cardio Dance 2. Prefer boxing? Then you would choose the Cardio Kickboxing option. One thing we know about exercise is that if you hate it, you’ll never stick with it.
