Join us for this Get Healthy U TV workout, exclusive to those with GOLD membership! This is the 5th HIIT MIXER workout, a hybrid of yoga and athletic moves. This fun workout led by Coach JC Lippold, will work your muscles, increase your heart rate and cleanse your mind. This format starts with mindfulness and yoga type movements.
