Continuing on with the choreography you learned in the first sections of the GROOV3 program, Section 3 expands on your dance sequences and picks up the intensity. You’ll learn brand new moves and follow along as Benjamin Allen leads you in more upbeat, fun dance exercise. This 15-minute dance sequence can be done following the previous segments, or on its own if you just want a quick dance workout to burn calories and have some fun.

Once again, Benjamin will show you the moves at half tempo at first and then take it to full-tempo so you can get the moves down first and then groove to the music a little faster. You’ll feel your glutes, legs, arms, shoulders, and core working hard on these upbeat moves that help shake up your routine and get in shape. You’ll be breathing hard, sweating, and getting a fun cardio workout that’s something totally different from your average treadmill workout. Plus, you can do dance exercise routines like this in the comfort of your own home, dancing to the music and getting into it as much as you like.

At the end, you’ll put together all the moves you’ve learned over the previous two GROOV3 dance sections, following along as Benjamin leads you in a full-throttle dance sequence. You don’t need any dance experience to do these fun dance workouts because you’ll be watching your instructor and following along at home.

Dance exercise is great because it mixes things up and gets you out of your comfort zone. Getting in shape is easier (and more fun!) when you have plenty of variety in your exercise regimen, and adding dance workouts to your weekly fitness plan is a great way to add something new.
