If you want all the intensity of a great workout without all the impact that can come with it, this LIFT Low Impact Workout Calendar is for you. Our LIFT program is a series of low impact workouts designed to strengthen your body from head to toe, improve your cardio, and give you a strong core. This LIFT Low Impact Workout Calendar puts these workouts together in a 28-Day plan that will increase your upper and lower body strength, improve your cardio, and help create a nice, strong core. We even include some yoga to help you stretch and release! Just follow along day by day and watch your body change for the good!
The month starts off with our Upper Body Lift workout to strengthen your shoulders, arms, chest and back. Lower Body Lift comes later in the week to tone and shape your glutes and legs. The calendar leads you to whole variety of workouts including Low Impact AMRAPS (as many rounds as possible) and Yoga Pilates Fusion. There is also a regular dose of cardio in the mix and the best part is you get to choose! Do you love dance? Then choose Cardio Dance 2. Prefer boxing? Then you would choose the Cardio Kickboxing option. One thing we know about exercise is that if you hate it, you’ll never stick with it. When you choose formats that fit your strengths and personality, you are more likely to stay with the program and be successful.
Remember, exercise does not have to be high impact to be high intensity and give you results! This program will challenge you, make you sweat and leave you feeling energized and strong! What it WON’T do is impact your joints! Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up, or just feel your best, this calendar will help you create a better, healthier you!
