Join us for the next Get Healthy U TV workout, exclusive to those with GOLD membership, on Monday, December 4th at 9:00 a.m. CT! Dance is one of the best ways to keep your body moving, burn calories, and have fun all at the same time. Our resident dancer, Leah Zahner, will lead you through a series of dance moves – building options and intensity as you go through each section to make sure you keep your heart rate up and your body grooving! This is a step up from the first Cardio Dance workout -so get ready! All you need is a little bit of space, some comfy clothes, and your dancing shoes (sneakers).
