Introducing our newest beginner workout calendar to date! A 4-week journey to kickstart your fitness goals and build a foundation of strength, endurance, and flexibility. This carefully crafted calendar is designed with beginners in mind, focusing on gradual progression, repetition (you will see some of the same workouts show up twice so you can track your progress, and balanced routines to ensure a safe and effective start to your fitness journey.
Each week features a variety of different types and styles of workouts targeting different muscle groups, including cardio, strength training, and yoga/ flexibility workouts. Clear instructions and modifications make it easy to follow along, while rest days are strategically incorporated to allow your body to recover and recharge!
Whether you’re new to exercise or returning after a hiatus, our Beginner Workout Calendar provides a structured and achievable plan to help you build healthy habits and gain confidence in your fitness abilities.
