Join us for this Get Healthy U TV Beginner workout, exclusive to those with GOLD membership! Jodi Sussner will lead you through a beginner strength workout that promises to be easy on the joints and challenging on the muscles. Simple movements combined with clear instruction and modifications makes this a great place to start if you are new to strength training. And if you use heavier weights, you can progress and challenge yourself. Feel free to have two sets of dumbbells – a light and a medium. All levels welcome for this 30 minute workout– we will offer modifications!
