This calendar is a 28-day program that will lead you through our GOLD HIIT workouts. Exclusive to those with a GOLD membership, we have compiled some of our favorite high intensity workouts. HIIT is all about building lean muscle while dropping fat. Jumpstart your metabolism and build muscle with these quick and effective interval workouts.
Join us for a month-long series of fun, invigorating workouts filled with both strength and cardio exercises! This HIIT program is not for the faint of heart, but modifications and form cues make these high intensity workouts doable for a range of fitness levels. Plus, we include yoga and rest days to help you recover and get ready to crush your next HIIT workout. Get ready to burn mega calories and build strength in just 30 – 45 minutes!
