This HIIT core workout is done tabata-style. A tabata is an interval workout that pushes you hard in an exercise for 20 seconds and then gives you a 10 second rest before the next intense move. The beauty of this type of training is that although a move might be tough and kick your butt, it only lasts 20 seconds before you get to take a breather.
