    I was wondering if I could use a weight instead of a kettle bell. I do not have a kettle bell.

    I am loving all the live gold classes. Excellent instructors, music, and length. Please let me know how I can contact you guys to suggest putting a length of time in your description of your workouts, as well as level of intensity (beg., int. adv, etc) it would truly be helpful. Thank you!!!!

      I also wanted to comment that this is one of the best instructions for kettlebell that I have seen. I finally can do a swing with proper form. Love this!!!
