Are you ready for an intense bodyweight workout routine that will work multiple muscle groups and help you build strength while burning calories? If so, this 28-day Bodyweight Fusion calendar is for you! It’s full of workouts from our Bodyweight Fusion program, as well as bodyweight workouts from some of our other popular programs, like Rock Your Body Boot Camp, Metabolic Reboot, Power 20, Yoga Flowetry, and Barre Sculpt. No equipment is needed to complete this 28-Day calendar of workouts, making it ideal do anytime, anywhere.

Because of the wide range of programs included in this bodyweight workout routine, the next 28 days will be anything but boring. We’ve given you tons of intense bodyweight workouts to challenge you, plus specific workouts to condition your core and yoga practices to stretch your muscles and complement all the hard work you’ll do. During the first week, you’ll get two days off to help ease you into this bodyweight workout routine, but it ramps up each week, with more workouts and fewer rest days to help deliver maximum results.

You’ll do every workout from Bodyweight Fusion, including Coming Down the Ladder, Ultimate Intervals, Core Conditioning, and Super 8. These workouts are interval based, which make you work smarter, not longer, and help to tone you from head to toe. You’ll also do workouts from other popular programs, including cardio kickboxing routines, bodyweight burnout workouts, and more. You’ll also do some yoga workouts to help stretch your muscles and calm your mind.

The variety in this 28-day calendar will keep your mind engaged and your muscles working, helping boost your metabolism and build muscle all while using just your own bodyweight. Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up, or just feel your best, this calendar will help you create a better, healthier you!
