We know you love HIIT (High Intensity Interval) workouts, and we know you love to sweat, so Chris Freytag put together another one of these low impact tabata style cardio Hiit workouts. It’s low impact, but high intensity AND lots of fun! Chris will push you to work hard and get your heart rate up during each Tabata. A Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, 8 rounds in a row. Through large range of motion movements and using all planes of motion, you’ll feel empowered, strong and sweaty by the end!
