If you want the intensity of a great workout without all the impact that can come with it, this Low Impact Calendar is for you! This calendar is made up of our most popular low impact workouts designed to strengthen your body from head to toe, improve your cardio, all while keeping it low impact on the joints. This Low Impact Workout Calendar puts these workouts together in a 28-Day plan that will increase your upper and lower body strength, improve your cardio, and help you create a well-rounded workout plan. We even include some yoga and Pilates to help you stretch and release! Follow along day by day and watch your body change for the good, all while protecting your joints!
The month starts off with our Serious Strength Upper Body and Lower Body Workouts that challenge you to pick up heavy weights! Strength training is the key to success when it comes to losing weight, toning muscle and overall feeling good in your skin. You will also mix in Total Body workouts, that will hit the entire body from head to toe in one single workout. Have no fear we will also throw in our popular and highly rated Indoor Walking Workouts where the focus will be on getting more steps in your day and increasing the heart rate. As always, we will give you opportunities to stretch and do some yoga each week, making sure to cool the body down and give it the proper stretching it needs! Talk about a calendar with a lot of variety – however, we promise your joints will be thanking you after a month of these workouts!
Remember, exercise does not have to be high impact to be high intensity and give you results! This 28-Day calendar will challenge you, make you sweat and leave you feeling energized and strong! What it WON’T do is impact your joints! Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up, or just feel your best, this calendar will help you create a better, healthier you!
