Based on some of our most popular and favorite yoga workouts, this calendar includes yoga, core and Pilates workouts to get your heart pumping and develop a more lean, flexible, and strong physique. This Yoga Sculpt Your Abs program also encourages you to take a few days of ADOR (active days of recovery). This will help give your body time to refuel and recover.Our hectic lives demand more from us than ever, and developing a yoga practice is a fantastic way to both exercise and cultivate a sense of inner calm. In this yoga workout program, you will unite your breath with movement, helping you to feel more grounded in your body and peaceful at the end of a stressful day.
