Based on some of our most popular and favorite yoga workouts, this calendar includes yoga, core and Pilates workouts to get your heart pumping and develop a more lean, flexible, and strong physique. This Yoga Sculpt Your Abs program also encourages you to take a few days of ADOR (active days of recovery).
