Join us for the next Get Healthy U TV workout, exclusive to those with GOLD membership. Leah Zahner will lead you through a 30-minute beginner strength workout that focuses on the arms, chest, shoulders and back! Simple movements combined with clear instruction and modifications makes this a great place to start if you are new to strength training. We’ll start using light-to-medium dumbbells, but if you’d like to challenge yourself, you can always use heavier weights. All levels welcome for this 30-minute workout– we will offer modifications!
