This Kickboxing + Core workout will have you punching, kicking, squatting, and crunching your way to feeling strong and accomplished. Your heart rate will sore with the kickboxing segments and Trainer Shelley Hawkins will get your core firing during the strength segments. This is the type of workout that leaves you feeling confident and ready to take on the day.
Each circuit contains two moves: one kickboxing and one core. Each move lasts 40 seconds and you’ll repeat each circuit 3 times. Yup, that’s pretty much it- 10 moves and you’ve got yourself a simple but effective workout all in 45 minutes.
