Join us for this Get Healthy U TV workout, exclusive to those with GOLD membership! Lindsey Bomgren will lead you through this full-body barre workout with a mini band burn. This 45-minute barre workout will include traditional lightweight, high-repetition strength training with the addition of a mini-loop resistance band to really target and challenge the lower body throughout the strength and low-impact cardio segments of class. All levels are welcome and you can guarantee this resistance band barre class will leave you with that shaky-leg feeling!
