This 28-day calendar will lead you through the strength training workouts in our Premium Program Workouts. In this month-long calendar, you can expect to see a strength heavy month with cardio sprinkled in with circuit and interval workouts. We are giving you 2 days of rest each week because your muscles are going to need it, so don’t be afraid to take a day off! However, if on your day off you want to take a walk outdoors or do one of your favorite activities, don’t be afraid to move your body in a way that you enjoy!
If you’re looking to change your body, muscle is key. Sculpt and firm your muscles with these 30 – 45-minute strength training workouts. Some workouts you will find are focused on lower body, upper body, total body and core. Others are circuit and interval based, meaning you will get the best mix of both cardio and core together, burning some serious calories and getting a good sweat in!
