The classes within this calendar will lengthen and tighten your entire body. You will focus on isometric strength training exercises throughout this month-long calendar of workouts!
These high rep, low-impact, small range of motion movements are very different from your typical cardio/ strength training workouts. However, they are very effective! Whether you’re someone that loves pilates and barre or someone who is hesitant to try, I challenge you to this calendar to switch up the burn your body feels. When we are training, it is important to switch up from how we usually train to keep our mind and our muscles in the game.
You will notice barre, pilates, core, and yoga workouts throughout this month-long calendar. But have no fear, your entire body will be shaking throughout these workouts! You will feel the shake and the burn through targeted muscles groups such as the quads, shoulders, abdominals and so much more. Add in a few cardio specific workouts to keep your heart rate high and your body will never get bored throughout this calendar.
