Join GHU TV trainer Lindsey Bomgren and Samanatha Cameranesi as they guide you through a combination of a guided yoga flow and barre exercise all blended together to get you sweating, your upper body stronger, and your legs and butt burning! You’re going to love how this one feels.
This bodyweight cross training workout starts with a yoga flow to get you warmed up and stretched out. This power yoga flow is all about using your bodyweight not only to warm up and stretch out but also build strength! Downdogs with knee tucks, planks and chaturangas all lead to sculpted, strong arms and shoulders! And by the way: a tight core! Right in the middle of some familiar yoga flows you will find some crazy-fun power moves, all yoga-style, to get your heart rate up and feel your muscles burn. This is a truly unique, fun and amazing way to feel your body heat up!
Then you’ll move into barre moves that are going to burn your booty, sculpt your legs and shape your arms. The tiny little moves of barre sneak up on you when you least expect it. Using small, precise moves creates a burn in the legs you’ll definitely feel tomorrow. Then it’s back to a power yoga flow for more upper body strength and lengthening of the entire body. The combination of these two systems together feels awesome!
This entire workout is low-impact and totally user friendly for every level. Though it’s not easy to do, it’s definitely easy to follow! No equipment needed for this one so you can literally do it anytime and anywhere. If you’ve got 30 minutes, you’ve got a workout.
