This 28-day calendar was brought to you by one of our very own Get Healthy U TV members! With some modifications and adjustments made to their original calendar, we have combined a little bit of everything, focusing on tightening and toning the entire body!
If you are looking to tighten and tone your muscles, then this is the workout calendar for you. You will find our barre workouts, exercises with lighter sets of weights, and moves that help you lengthen and tone your muscles. Along with our barre workouts, you will also find strength workouts that incorporate heavier weights and work the muscles to fatigue. We will move at a slow pace, and remember, lifting heavier doesn’t make you bulky. This is where the tightening aspect also comes in!
We also added some cardio workouts throughout the month. While lifting weights and doing barre classes are great for strength work, we can’t forget to increase your heart rate in a different way! Your heart health depends on it, plus it’s always good to give the muscles a break and work up a good sweat.
Lastly, you will always find yoga and/or pilates workouts in our calendars. This is to make sure you have a lower intensity day, allowing you to stretch out sore muscles and connect mentally to your body! Feel free to add it in a few extra times if it feels good to do so.
Tight and Toned is a great calendar to follow if your goal is to lengthen, strengthen, and tone your entire body!
