This 28-Day calendar has been created as our own Get Healthy U TV trainer Sam Cam gets ready for her wedding just 1 year from now!! Follow along with Trainer Sam Cam as she put together this calendar with some of her favorites, workouts she’s never done before, and a mixture of everything she wants leading up to the big day. This 28-Day Calendar will help you shed pounds, tone your muscles, and feel your best!
The best part? It’s just you, a set of dumbbells and your determination! Our Bridal Bootcamp calendar combines high intensity, cardio, and strength workouts with ab-flattening core routines and Pilates to give you a long and lean appearance. There is only 1 day “off” throughout each week of this calendar, but if you find you need a little extra rest, feel free to take another day! No matter when the special event is or whether you’re the bride yourself, the mother of the bride/ groom, a bridesmaid, or just attending the wedding – you deserve to be your healthiest, happiest self.
