Join us for this Get Healthy U TV workout, exclusive to those with GOLD membership! Chris Freytag will lead you through this full-body strength and cardio based interval workout. This is our ninth version of GOLD Pyramid Power! It’s a format we LOVE because it ramps up, peaks halfway through, then winds back down. We’ll do rounds of cardio and strength drills, starting with one exercise for our first round. Then, we’ll add a new exercise for each consecutive round as we work our way up to incorporate all seven heart-pumping moves before cooling back down.
