Throughout this Kick Butt Kickboxing workout, Chris Freytag will provide you with fun kickboxing combinations. It should come as no surprise that cardio kickboxing is a great way to relieve stress. You will increase your energy once you have completed this workout, and you will be ready to conquer the rest of your day! All the way through to the end, you will be moving your body from head to toe and before you know it, the workout will be over!
