Are you ready to be strong and lean? Our amazing Strong and Lean workout Calendar will give you all the exercises you need to achieve both! In just 28 days, you could be stronger, leaner and definitely fitter! Follow along as our calendar guides you through some of our favorite workouts that strengthen your body and boost your heart rate giving you a chance to burn off extra calories while increasing those metabolism-boosting muscles!

Our Strong and Lean workout Calendar is uniquely designed to give you a combination of both strength and cardio to help you maximize your workouts and accomplish more work in less time. Lower Body Max Out is a 45-minute workout that will make your butt and thighs burn while getting your heart rate up to torch calories. Upper Body Max Out is 45-minutes of sculpting and shaping your arms and shoulders while pushing your cardio to its limits. You’ll also get to experience some of our awesome HIIT workouts: a proven way to blast off extra fat and help you get lean. And don’t worry, we also mix in a little yoga to keep you flexible and give you a few days off to make sure you’re not over-training.
