Join us for this Get Healthy U TV workout, exclusive to those with GOLD membership! Shelley Hawkins will lead you through this 4th version of our Mini Band Barre. This 30-minute barre workout will include light dumbbells and the mini-band and bring you some new exercises. If you liked version 1-3, here is another fun mini band challenge!! You’ll get some good strength and low-impact cardio segments. All levels are welcome and don’t let low impact fool you – you will feel the burn in a good way!
