Are you ready for a 28-day calendar to firm and burn your entire body? Our Firm and Burn calendar combines some of our most popular programs—everything from Pilates and yoga to circuit training and targeted workouts that define your abs, buns, and more.

Whether you’re new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, the Get Healthy U TV trainers will provide the proper modifications in all workouts to ensure you get the most out of each move to tighten, tone, and define your entire body. This rigorous program gives you two rest days per week before getting back into your routine the next week. This calendar utilizes a wide variety of classes ensuring you NEVER get bored by never repeating a single workout!

There’s something for everyone in this 28-day calendar. Each week you will see a combination of 5 workouts a week with a total of 2 rest days. There will be 2 circuit based workouts a week, 1 cardio only day, 1 straight up strength day, and 1 yoga/ pilates/ barre workout. Circuits workouts like Ultimate Intervals or Cardio Sculpt will have you feeling the burn as you firm your upper body, lower body, and total body with short bursts of high intensity work.

Some of these workouts will require dumbbells, while others only require your own body! Classes like Kick Butt Kickboxing are set to upbeat music and will help you torch calories quickly while having fun and staying motivated with your GHUTV trainers. When it’s time to stretch and lengthen your body, our Feel Good Yoga Flow class will help you focus on your breath and reward yourself for a job well done.
