Join us for another rendition of 3-2-1. Led by trainer Shannon Tietz, this format is effective, fast-paced, and yes – it’s super fun. Shannon brings the heat as always as she leads you through several blocks of 3-2-1: 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio, 1 minute of core. You’ll take a quick recovery rest and repeat each block twice.

This workout will work every muscle group using compound exercises. You’ll push your muscles to fatigue and feel the burn. The bursts of cardio turn up your heart rate and the core work is fire! Get ready for some newer moves, classic moves, and some fun cardio wrapped up into one workout.

And if you are looking for a low impact option, Trainer Sam Cam will be your modifier throughout the workout. We encourage modifications and low impact can still be very high intensity. It’s all about the attitude and effort you bring to the session.

So push play on this second 3-2-1 workout and challenge yourself to feel the burn. We love strength/cardio combo workouts for a good reason. They are the epitome of multi-tasking. Everybody needs to do heart pumping exercise – it’s just a part of good health. Everybody also needs strength training especially as we age. Muscle is the secret to metabolism since muscle burns more calories than fat at a resting heart rate. So keep up the muscle work and do your body good! 3-2-1 goes by fast and accomplishes all things in a quick, effective, and focused workout.
