Are you looking to build strength, challenge your cardio, all while staying low impact on the joints? Then give this Fit Over 60 Calendar a try! This 28-day calendar has been put together for women over 60 or anyone who is looking to improve their fitness level without pounding on the joints. Whether you are someone who has been active throughout your lifetime, or maybe you are looking to get back into fitness (because remember you’re never too late to start) this calendar will have you focusing on the basic movements to ensure you are performing exercises with proper form.

Follow along with this Fit Over 60 Calendar as it guides you through beginner workouts and chair workouts to start the month. The focus of this calendar is to start the month off more basic so you can get a feel for the form and movements, while ending the month still with low impact workouts but more “intense” with form and movement queues.

As always, each workout will have modifications and options for you. Choose the variation of each movement that feels best in your body but also challenges you to become a little stronger each time! You’ll find a mixture of cardio workouts with our Beginner Indoor Walking Workouts, Strength Workouts, as well as Yoga and Flexibility Workouts.

On the active days of rest, you can choose to take a day off or we suggest on the calendar to do a Yoga Workout that day. Yoga will help your muscles to cool down and stretch on the days when you want to move your body but you don’t want to do anything taxing on the body. From low impact training, indoor walking workouts, yoga, chair workouts, and strength workouts this 28 Day Fit Over 60 Calendar is meant for you! Lead by our wonderful and intentional trainers, they will guide you along every step of the way, giving you their expertise and modifications throughout every workout! Whether your goal is just to move your body, focus on form, or feel your best and regain your energy back, this calendar will help you create a stronger, healthier you!

All exercises you perform are your own responsibility and you perform them at your own risk. Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider before starting any physical exercise, fitness, or wellness regiments of any kind.
