Join us for this Get Healthy U TV workout, exclusive to those with GOLD membership! Get ready for a high intensity 30 minutes. Coach Sam Cameranesi will take you through this HIIT workout with a focus on your push and pull muscles (chest and back). Sam will take you through timed intervals where you’ll give it everything you’ve got during the work portion and catch your breath during the rest/recovery portion. Feel the burn in your upper body by the time you are done. And as always with HIIT workouts, your heart rate will be elevated as you push yourself during the work sessions. Modifications will be given so everyone can be successful. It’s a quick, focused and effective 30 minutes.
