This strength workout is all standing, all low impact, and the right amount of intensity and challenge to keep you interested while helping you burn up fat. Sam Cam will do lots of good cueing and explaining of each movement, so you feel safe and accomplished. You will move through all of the upper body muscle groups slowly and effectively.
