Join us for this Get Healthy U TV live workout, exclusive to those with GOLD membership! AMRAPS: As Many Rounds As Possible! Push your personal limits with this 30-minute total body workout using a kettlebell. We’ll work through two timed AMRAPS’s pairing strength + cardio exercises. Your goal is to push your personal limit to complete as many rounds of these circuits as possible in the allotted time. Lindsey Bomgren will lead you through the exercises and keep you motivated as you build strength and stamina. Depending on your level, a 10-20 lb. kettlebell is recommended. You can substitute a dumbbell if you don’t have a kettlebell.
