Both men and women need to work on pelvic floor strength as we age. Kate Laing is going to take you through this second version of our Pelvic Floor Workout. She will lead this fun and therapeutic workout using a mini ball to work on identifying and strengthening the entire core and pelvic region. This will be a low impact workout with a lot of small micro-movements that everybody should try!
