Join us for this Get Healthy U TV workout, exclusive to those with GOLD membership! Shelley Hawkins will lead us through another Sweat and Sculpt workout with different exercises from versions 1 and 2. We will use dumbbells for the strength and easy cardio drills to create circuits that will give you a total body workout. Feel free to have two sets of dumbbells – a light and a heavy. All levels welcome – we will offer modifications!
