Led by trained dancer Jennifer Galardi, Ballet Body is a workout program that utilizes the fundamentals of ballet to sculpt strong, lean, and sexy muscles all while incorporating balance and strength—giving you well-rounded ballet workouts to do in the comfort of your own home.

Jennifer Galardi has created five mini workouts that blend exercises from classical ballet, Pilates and yoga to deliver a program that elongates and strengthens your entire body and feels amazing. Each segment delivers maximum benefits to ensure you’ll see results whether you pick one or all routines. No formal dance training is needed to do these ballet workouts, as Jennifer provides plenty of modification and instruction so people of every fitness level can participate!

Use any of these ballet workouts by themselves or combine them for a total-body ballet workout that will strengthen and lengthen your muscles and tone you head-to-toe.
