Bodyweight Cross Training
Welcome to our Bodyweight Cross Training Program! This is a super fun mixed bag of bodyweight-only strength, hiit, cardio, barre, yoga and core! YES-the whole picture right here in one quick series with no equipment needed! If you like to mix up your workouts or get bored easily with the same old-same old, then this series is for you! This is true cross-training at its best!
It is all too common for people to get stuck in their same old workout routine. While it is good to move and get exercise no matter what you are doing, it has also been shown that mixing up your workouts, or cross training, is more beneficial to your body than doing the same thing every time. Too much repetition can also promote repetitive-use injuries We created this series to get you moving in all different kinds of ways and there is no equipment needed for any of it! So just turn us on and move with us! These videos are very instructive, but more importantly they are super fun!
There is something for everyone in our Bodyweight Cross Training Program and we have broken it up into three amazing workouts so you can try them all! First is our 40-minute Total Body Strength and Hiit. In this workout GHU TV trainer Lindsey Bomgren shows you how to build your muscle and push your cardio to the next level with a perfect mix of strength and interval training moves. Second is our 30-minute Bodyweight Cross Training Cardio Crusher. It IS exactly what it sounds like! You are going to CRUSH those calories with tons of cardio plus some bonus core work built in between the circuits. Amazing! Finally, the third video is an awesome 30-minute mix of Power Yoga and Barre Burner. This low impact workout is a beautiful blend of yoga and barre exercises to get you toned, stretched and feeling amazing!
