Let’s burn some calories and build some strength, while working up a sweat and of course having some fun! This Burn and Build Program is the perfect mix between cardio and strength training.
If you are someone who is looking to get both cardio and strength done in one workout then this program is for you! However – instead of combining them into circuits and intervals, this program does the cardio “burn” first and the strength “build” second. There are 3 workouts within the Burn and Build Program – Cardio Boxing Strength, Cardio Drills Strength, and Low Impact Cardio-Core! Within each 30 minute workout the cardio portion is meant to push your limits and get you out of breath. Switching to strength or the core exercises in the second half of the workouts, grab a pair of heavy dumbbells for some solid strength training.
Trainers Chris, Leah and Sam will be there every step of the way, encouraging you to push yourself to your edge, while giving modifications and options to make each workout low impact! Let’s burn some calories and build our strength together!
