Whether you are a lifelong walker or just starting out you are going to love these indoor power walking workouts! This program features low-impact power walking workouts that are designed to tone your muscles and get your heart rate up, all in the comfort of your home.
The series consists of four different workouts, each having its own unique flare, but all four using indoor power walking as a common thread. You are definitely going to want to try them all:
Interval Walk uses both low- and high-impact moves to shake up your basic power walk. During this interval walking workout you will toggle between one-minute moderate intensity moves and 30-second intervals that are harder, faster and more challenging. Of course you are always invited to stick to the walk!
Core Connection gives you a great core workout while getting your heart rate up and burning calories with an indoor power walk. You are going to get awesome exercises for pulling in your lower abs and sculpting your waistline all while you walk!
Tone Every Zone features that basic indoor power walk and includes the use of hand weights to strengthen and tone every muscle in your body. If you want some killer arms and shoulders you are going to love this one!
Fat Burning Cardio Walk features both power walking in place as well as other fun low impact moves that will get your heart pumping while burning tons of calories and boosting your energy.
