Throughout each workout, Amy will provide plenty of encouragement and modifications so that you get the most out of these kettlebell workout routines. If you often feel like you don’t have enough time to workout, these time-effective workouts help you get more done in less time, giving you powerful workouts that help you see results without spending hours at a time in the gym. Don’t be afraid to push yourself, get sweating, and raise a little bell.

We suggest you start with a 4.4kg /8lb bell to start with and as you advance try a 6kg/13.2 lb or 8kg 17.6 lb bell for more challenge.
