Tread and Shred
Welcome to our Tread and Shred workouts! Treadmill workouts are a great way to get the heart pumping and burn up calories! You will strengthen your heart; sweat and detox your body; clear your mind of stress; and have fun doing it. Discover how walking or running can keep you motivated to put on the mileage right in your own home.
This program has many different styles of treadmill workouts for all ability levels. You can walk; you can run; do a combo of walking and running; and even add in some strength training. Choose from a variety of instructors and workouts. You bring your attitude and effort and you can get out of it what you put into it! Experience a variety of intervals, hills, and speeds to help you push yourself to become better every time!
Yes, indoor walking and indoor running works! Sweating and calorie burn is a given with these fun and challenging treadmill workouts!
Our Tread and Shred program offers:
- Walking workout classes for low-impact cardio and building your endurance.
- Running workout classes for all levels of runners from new runners to experienced runners.
- Walk + run workouts that challenge you with a mix of low impact and higher impact but also offer modifications.
- Bootcamp style workout sessions that mix treadmill cardio with off-treadmill strength training exercises.
- One cooldown geared towards runners and bringing their heart rate down.
So lace up your running shoes, tune out any distraction, and let’s do this together!
