Join us for this Get Healthy U TV live workout, exclusive to those with GOLD membership! This is a 30-Minute strength and cardio circuit workout for beginners using just your bodyweight. Don’t let ‘just your bodyweight’ fool you; Lindsey Bomgren is going to show you how to use your bodyweight to increase strength and build lean muscle. We’ll alternate bodyweight strength exercises with low impact cardio bursts to raise your heart rate for a total body 30 minute beginner bootcamp workout.
