This is a great total body workout. Yes it’s low impact but not low intensity! You’ll be using dumbbells and your full range of motion to maximize your efforts. You’ll go through a lower body circuit twice, followed by an upper body circuit and core circuit, both repeated. At the end – it’s a total body, no jumping, strength workout!
