This is a circuit workout that gets your heart pumping using dumbbells. You’ll perform eight exercises in a row for one minute each. After you go through each of these eight power moves, you’ll take a one-minute rest and then repeat the whole thing again. Bing Bang Boom – this will go by fast and furious!! Sam Cam will give you a good warm up and cool down, and offer modifications to keep it low impact.
