If you want the intensity of a great workout without all the impact that can come with it, this Low Impact Calendar is for you! This calendar is exclusive to those with a GOLD membership because all workouts are GOLD member workouts. This 4-week low impact program is low impact meaning there are NO jumping exercises. This knee friendly, apartment friendly program will keep your joints AND your downstairs neighbors happy! Remember, low impact does NOT mean low intensity, so get ready to sweat with this month-long calendar.

This month starts with a total body mini band workout. This will start the month off strong, burning the muscles in a new way with the mini band. Throughout the month you will pick up heavier dumbbells and focus on strength, while also ditching the dumbbells all together and working the body with simply your bodyweight! We will also add in some cardio only days. These days you will see either a Power walking workout OR switch it up and try a Low Impact Dance Workout! Whether you are a dancer or not, these dance workouts have a mixture of dance and walking so everyone can do them. Take a rest day or do some yoga to cool down the body! This low impact strength, cardio, and mobility calendar is one for the books. Plus, you’ll see a lot of the NEWER GOLD Low Impact Workouts to date!

Remember, exercise does not have to be high impact to be high intensity and give you results! This 28-Day calendar will challenge you, make you sweat and leave you feeling energized and strong! What it WON’T do is impact your joints! Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up, or just feel your best, this calendar will help you create a better, healthier you!
